Directions: Dispense about 18 in (45 cm) of floss. Wrap floss aound index fingers until 3 in (8 cm) section remains. Slide floss gently between teeth and along surface to clean above and below the gum line. repeat as needed with clean section of floss. Dispose of used floss, DO NOT re-use.
